Return & Exchange Policy — PARSHKA

When You Can Request a Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange in the following cases:

  • The product you received has a defect or manufacturing issue.

  • The product received is different from what you ordered (style/size/colour mismatch).

  • The fit is not right and you wish to exchange the size (non-custom sizes only).


Conditions for Return/Exchange

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as delivered.

  • All original tags and packaging should be intact.

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Custom-size / customised items are not eligible for return or exchange, but we offer fit assistance if needed.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp / Email with your order number and the issue.

  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with the next steps.

  3. Send the product back using the pickup instructions shared by our team.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund.


Refund / Exchange Options

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

  • Exchanges are shipped within 1–2 working days after the return reaches us.

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, the return shipping fee is covered by us.

  • For other cases (like size exchange), a small pickup/handling fee may apply.
