At PARSHKA, every piece is thoughtfully crafted with premium workmanship and made to order.
To maintain hygiene, design integrity, and quality standards, we follow a strict no-return, no-exchange, and no-refund policy.

✅ ALTERATION WINDOW

• Alterations accepted within 7 days of delivery

• ₹300 transportation/handling fee applies (pickup + drop — borne by customer)

• Only minor fit alterations allowed
  (No size or style change)

We do not offer:

• Returns

• Exchanges

• Refunds

This applies to all orders — prepaid & COD.

For custom-measurements/customised pieces:

✅ ELIGIBILITY FOR ALTERATION

To request an alteration:

• Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed

• Tags & packaging intact

• Mandatory unboxing video required

If the garment shows use, perfume, makeup marks or damage — alteration will be declined.

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours only

• If production has begun or order shipped → no cancellation

• Customer to pay ₹300 logistics fee for alteration pickup/drop
