RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW
- You have 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items.
- Some specific products may not be eligible for return.
- No cancellation, return or exchange on custom orders.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- ORIGINAL CONDITION: The item must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, AND UNDAMAGED, with all TAGS AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING INTACT. An UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY as proof to verify the condition of the item upon receipt.

SUBMIT DETAILS:
- Provide your ORDER NUMBER and the REASON for return or exchange.
- Upload CLEAR IMAGES showing the issue.
- For SIZE FIT ISSUES, customers may need to WEAR THE DRESS AND SHARE A PICTURE for review and approval.

REVIEW & APPROVAL:
- Our team will review your request. If it meets the eligibility criteria, we will provide further instructions.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE SHIPMENT:
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on returning the item.
- Customers must SECURELY PACKAGE the item and send it back.

QUALITY CHECK:
- Once we receive the returned item, we will conduct a QUALITY CHECK. If it passes inspection, we will process your REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

SIZE EXCHANGE:
- If the product DOES NOT FIT, you can request a SIZE EXCHANGE.
- If the requested size is UNAVAILABLE, we will offer the option to RETURN THE PRODUCT INSTEAD.
REFUND POLICY
- Refunds will be processed to your ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD within a reasonable timeframe.
- For CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS, the refund will be made via BANK TRANSFER, which may take a MINIMUM OF 5 WORKING DAYS.
- If you enter your BANK DETAILS during the return request, all refunds related to this order will be processed ONLY THROUGH BANK TRANSFER.
- Once the return is processed, you will receive a CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
- Refunds may take UP TO 15 DAYS, depending on your bank’s processing time.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- If you choose an EXCHANGE, we will send the replacement item as quickly as possible, subject to availability.
- If a WRONG ITEM OR SIZE was delivered to you, the replacement will be shipped at NO EXTRA COST.
- If you request an EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR STYLE, you will be required to pay a MINIMUM CHARGE OF ₹300 for the exchange.
CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
- Cancellations can be requested WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACING AN ORDER.
- If the SHIPMENT PROCESS HAS ALREADY STARTED, the cancellation request will NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
