TERMS OF SERVICE

'We', 'us' or 'our' means PARSHKA, and 'You' or 'your' means the person using our site to buy goods from us.

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 In this contract 'We', 'us' or 'our' refer to PARSHKA. PARSHKA offers this website including all the information, tools, and services available from this site.

1.2 If you buy goods on our site you agree to be legally bound by this contract.

1.3 You may only buy goods from our site for non-business reasons.

1.4 This contract is only available in English. No other languages will apply to this contract.

2. ORDERING GOODS FROM US

2.1 Below, we set out how a legally binding contract between you and us is made.

2.2 You will need to register on the site with information about yourself that is accurate, current, and complete. The password you provide should be kept secure and you must notify us of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2.3 You place an order on the site by adding your selected item(s) to the shopping bag and proceeding to checkout. Items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by another customer. Please read and check your order carefully before submitting it.

2.3.1 When you place your order at the end of the online checkout process (i.e. when you click on "Pay"), we will acknowledge it by email. This acknowledgment does not, however, mean that your order has been accepted.

2.3.2 We may contact you to say that we do not accept your order. This is typically for the following reasons:

(a) the goods are unavailable; (b) we cannot authorize your payment; (c) you are not allowed to buy the goods from us; (d) we are not allowed to sell the goods to you; (e) you have ordered too many goods; or (f) there has been a mistake on the pricing or description of the goods.

2.3.3 We will only accept your order when we email you to confirm this (Confirmation Email). At this point:

(a) a legally binding contract will be in place between you and us; and (b) we will dispatch the goods to you, or inform you of the estimated dispatch date.

3. DELIVERY

3.1 Once you have placed an order, this cannot be canceled at any stage. The contract is completed on receipt of the order.

3.2 We will deliver your purchases using the delivery method that you select during the checkout process.

3.3 The estimated date for delivery of the goods is set out in the Confirmation Email. This date is an estimate only and we do not guarantee to deliver the goods on that date.

3.4 All deliveries require a signature. You agree that delivery takes place when the goods are signed for at the delivery address.

3.5 If nobody is available to take delivery, please contact us to arrange an alternative delivery.

3.6 If we cannot deliver your goods within 14 days, we will:

(a) let you know; (b) cancel your order; and (c) give you store credit.

3.7 You are responsible for the goods once delivery has taken place.

3.8 We may deliver your goods in installments.

4. PAYMENT

4.1 We accept payment via UPI, debit/credit cards, and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.

4.2 Your card will be charged only when the goods are dispatched.

4.3 The price of the goods includes applicable taxes but does not include shipping charges unless mentioned otherwise.

4.4 If you place an order from outside India, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

5.1 We only accept returns in case of damaged or faulty goods. Customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery and return the product within 7 days.

5.2 We will either repair, replace, or offer refund for the faulty product.

5.3 We do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues. Please refer to the size chart before placing your order.

5.4 If the product is out of stock, we will offer a full refund. For all other valid return reasons, we will provide store credit valid for 30 days.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 We are not legally responsible for:

(a) any losses that were unforeseeable; (b) business losses; (c) delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

6.2 Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the goods.
