* Returns / Exchanges
Every piece is handcrafted specially for you. We only accept returns or exchanges if the item delivered has a genuine defect or is different from what you ordered. Such requests must be raised within 7 days, along with a simple unboxing video for verification.
* Alterations
Since our pieces are made to order, we happily offer minor fit alterations within 7 days of delivery to ensure your outfit feels just right. (Alterations are for fit adjustments only — not for style or size changes.)
* Custom Orders
Custom-measurement pieces are created uniquely for you, so they are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or alteration.
* Condition
Please ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact when requesting assistance.
* Cancellations
We accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing the order, as production begins soon after.
